Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during promotional periods, public holidays, or high order volumes.

All website orders are shipped nationwide within South Africa via Aramex Couriers.

Delivery Fee: R99 Nationwide

Estimated Delivery Time: 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your parcel throughout the delivery process.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or courier-related delays beyond our control.
